Rain, Rain, Go AWAY! Don't take Daddy's car away

The rain yesterday turned into more of an even then we thought. At one point, John was like, "Callie look outside at the street!" Our street was flooded and it was starting to inch up the driveway. We had to do some quick moving and make room in the garage for the Pilot and then move John's truck up because the water was about to cover his back tires and then some. So, John threw on his fishing waders and headed out into the rain to move the truck. He decided to see where the water was in the street and it was almost past his knees. I then decided I wanted to play in the rain so I put on his waders and went into the street and it was up almost to my waist. Needless to say, the rain finally slowed down and today it is beautiful! They said on the news we got at least 10 inches. GOODNESS!!

Easter

We had a wonderful Easter weekend. The Easter Bunny brought Mollie a swing for outside and John put it up on Saturday (yes, the bunny visited early) and she loves it! Today, we went to church and then had my parents, grandmother, Christina and Jasoon with Victoria and Isabell, Christina's dad and Jason's parents over for lunch. The weather wasn't looking very good (we were under a tornado watch) but it actually turned out to be beautiful once the rain was done. We were able to sit outside and watch Victoria play in the mud puddle and Mollie swing.
We have been so busy the past few weeks. We are 37 school days away till summer and it couldn't come fast enough for us. We are really looking forward to our summer vacation and trip or trips we have planned.
